		<description>As far as my experience goes, Hahlo seems to have almost 100% up-time.  The only times I&#039;ve had issues with it are when Twitter is having hiccups, which has been happening quite often lately...it&#039;s only &quot;growing pains&quot;, and I&#039;m assuming that&#039;s because they&#039;re still trying to figure out how to scale the application and databases properly.  Twitter&#039;s user-base seems to have gone through the roof recently, which is awesome since a social-network is defined by the size of it&#039;s user-base, but it&#039;s not an easy job to keep things running smoothly.</description>
